Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Some exemptions apply.

Returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of delivery. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. There are exemptions, listed below:

In General, all Leather items;  such as bags, purses, and accessories, and CUSTOM items are non-refundable EXCEPT for in cases where item is malfunctioning, damaged, or in any way arrives in a state that doesn't meet our quality standards. In which case we will arrange a refund for the item after we receive photographic evidence of the damage / error. In some cases where photos cannot verify damage we will request the item be sent back. You must postmark the item for return within seven (7) days of receiving them. This is due to the nature of production for our leather and UK produced items, the cost to produce them, and to uphold our mission to reduce waste. Cash refunds will not be offered for leather goods and accessories unless they are faulty, or damaged upon receipt. The choice of cash refund or store credit will be will only offered under the circumstances of faulty, low quality print, or other imperfections.

Regardless, If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your leather  items, do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to address the issue and seek a resolution that is fair.

In  cases, where applicable, we will offer a replacement item. (I.E for delayed shipment, damaged goods). 

If your request for refund is after 30 days, no refund will be given.


To return an item, please email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Item, Proof of Purchase, and Return Form.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

Send returned items to the address listed on your delivery package. 


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.

Please allow at least twenty one (21) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. 


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  •     Sale Items, Damaged Items, Tags Removed, Items that have been worn, Custom Items (unless damaged or malfunctioning).  
  • Leather goods, and luxury bomber jackets can only be returned for a store credit (minus 40% restocking fee). See above for details. 

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email below to arrange a refund or exchange. 


Please Note  

  •        No refunds for leather items unless faulty, damaged, or arriving not as advertised. In which case a refund or store credit will be offered.
  •        Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.   
  • Custom Goods Cannot Be returned unless faulty or damaged.  See above for more details.
